What are your rates for cleaning services?

To get an accurate cost for cleaning your home, we recommend a complimentary in-home consultation. If that’s not feasible, you can contact your local office and describe your home and the areas you’d like cleaned. While this won't provide an exact quote, it will give you a general idea of the costs, which we can finalize when we arrive. Since every home is unique, factors like clutter, pets, and lifestyle will be considered, as these can influence the overall price.

Do you offer cleaning packages?

Absolutely! Our Cleaning Services section includes a variety of options to meet different needs. If you find something that works for you, that’s wonderful! If not, we can tailor our services to fit your specific preferences. This ensures you get the best experience possible. Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Can I choose my own cleaning time?

To improve the likelihood of securing a specific cleaning time, we recommend opting for early morning or late afternoon appointments. This helps us avoid potential traffic delays and ensures a more convenient arrival time for everyone. If you prefer a mid-day cleaning, we will inform you of our estimated time of arrival.

How many cleaners will be in my home during each visit?

Generally, we schedule 1-2 cleaners for your home, depending on the day's workload. In certain cases, such as when a home is especially large or if you need a quick clean for an event, we might send 3 cleaners to expedite the process. We’ll always communicate with you and can provide details about the number of cleaners during your complimentary in-home consultation. We value your privacy and appreciate the trust you place in us by welcoming us into your home.

How often do you clean homes?
